Welcome to Pendennis Farm, located in the breath-taking Bossieveld valley, just 10 kilometres from the charming village of Villiersdorp. We offer unique and comfortable farm accommodation in four different houses, each with stunning views over the farm, valley, and surrounding mountain range. Guests can choose from the historic Victorian mansion, the Pink Lady, the modern Container House, the oldest building on the farm, the Lavender Cottage, or the smallest house, the Lemon Cottage.
All of our accommodations are equipped with free uncapped wifi, fully equipped kitchens, bedding, linen, towels, tea, coffee, rusks, olive oil, a crate of braai wood, and fire lighter, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Pendennis Farm.
In addition to our accommodations, we also offer the Dasbos Barn Venue, which can accommodate up to 65 guests for weddings, parties, and family gatherings. Pendennis Farm is the perfect destination for any occasion. Come and enjoy walks through our vineyards and orchards, take a dip in our communal swimming pool (open from October to May), and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Bossieveld valley.

Pink Lady
The Pink Lady is a beautifully restored historic Victorian manor house that can accommodate up to eight guests. It features four spacious bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and a sunroom with two additional bunk beds. The open-plan living room and kitchen are perfect for entertaining, and the stoep outside has loungers to enjoy the stunning views. There is also a braai and dining area in the spacious garden. Free Wi-Fi.
Teepee Town
For the more adventurous travellers, we have Teepee Town which offers two teepees and two safari tents.
The tents share a stunning outside braai area with a dining table, off-the-grid kitchen with a gas stove
and small fridge, and four solar-heated showers and toilets.
Each tent has a private outside area with a table and chairs.
Container House
The Container House, made from three large containers, is a modern and spacious house that can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has three double rooms, one bunk bed room, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and bath, and the other with a shower. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area lead to a large stoep with an outdoor dining table, braai area, and fire pit in the fenced garden, perfect for guests with dogs.
Lemon Cottage
The Lemon Cottage is the smallest of our guest houses, with two double rooms sharing one bathroom.
