Bird Watching
With mountain fynbos, rivers and a dam, Villiersdorp is a paradise for birding. Where else can you see raptors swooping around the village streets. Villiersdorp is home to 14 different raptors or meat eating birds.
Mountain Brewing Co is just few minutes drive from the Pendennis Farm. All Mountain Brewing Co beers are brewed with the finest spring water from the Klipbokkop Reserve mountains. The company has been awarded 6 National Gold Medals for five of its beers.
Golf
The picturesque 9 hole golf course in Theewaterskloof club, rated amongst the top nine-hole golf courses in South Africa by Golf Digest, is situated on the eastern shore of the Theewaterskloof Dam, just few minutes drive from Villiersdorp. It surely offers spectacular views while you practice green.

Helderstroom Alpacas is a neighboring farm, home to dozens of alpacas originating from Chile. Visitors can feed and interact with these fascinating gentle animals. Their wool is considered to be one of the most eco-friendly materials and products as clothes, bags, cushions are available for visitors to purchase.
